Birth, Why I Fell in Love

Do you remember holding your tiny baby close for the first time? The relief that labor is over, that everything is going to be ok? The smell of her still wet hair? The warmth of her tiny, squishy body against yours? The sound of her little lungs finding air for the first time? Do you remember the overwhelming love that you felt? This is my journey into falling in love with that moment, with birth, with the journey into motherhood.
